RETURNS

At Goldhems Gardens, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to make a return or exchange.

That's why we provide a 30-day return policy. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at sales@goldhemsgardens.co.uk with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) at our warehouse(s), we'll promptly process your return and send you an email notification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including accessories). This means that the items should not show any visual signs of wear. Returns with visible signs of wear or issues due to use will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

If you need to return your order or report any damages, please contact us immediately at sales@goldhemsgardens.co.uk with your order number, and we'll assist you promptly.

Damages: If your product arrives damaged, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@goldhemsgardens.co.uk on the day of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-day return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Certain vendors or products may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated in the product descriptions or product-specific return information.
  • Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.
  • We only sell to purchasers intending to use the item(s) for their economic life. Orders purchased for one-time or temporary use, such as for trade shows or promotional events, are not eligible for return.
